Terms of Use
Arxell software is distributed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 (GPL-3.0). Your use, modification, and redistribution of the software are governed by that license.
Arxell is provided free of charge for individual, non-commercial use. Commercial or organizational use may require a separate commercial license or written agreement from Arxell.
You are responsible for your own use of models, prompts, files, and outputs generated with Arxell, including legal and regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction.
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent allowed by law. Arxell is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the software.
You must not use Arxell to violate law, infringe rights, or perform unauthorized access or harmful actions. We may restrict access to hosted services if misuse is detected.
Privacy Policy
Arxell is designed as a local-first desktop application. By default, your local files, prompts, and workspace data remain on your device unless you explicitly connect external services.
If you enable cloud or API-based features, necessary request data may be transmitted to the selected provider (for example, model APIs, billing processors, or support systems) according to your configuration.
For website forms (such as contact or support), we collect only submitted details required to respond, operate the service, and maintain security and reliability.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed fully secure. You should avoid submitting sensitive personal data unless required.
You can request account-related data access or deletion by contacting the Arxell team through the website contact page.
